The First United Methodist Church Preschool believes in providing our students with a nuturing Christian environment. We recognize that every child is a unique gift from God. We believe that an age appropriate, activity based program will enable all children to reach their potential, celebrate their success and feel the joy of learning.

Our discipline is fair, consistent and appropriate to each child's age and developmental level. Our policy is always one of loving discipline. Humiliation of a child will never be tolerated.

We provide part-time classes for two, three and four-year olds. Various weekly schedules are available. FUMC Preschool is a Gold Seal and APPLE accredited school. We are a state-approved provider of Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) for our four-year old students.

We offer various schedules of instruction for VPK at no charge to families. The program is subject to available funding. Please see our class and fee schedule for current pricing. A registration fee is charged for all services except VPK.

After School Enrichment classes are offered at various times during the school year. We also offer our Cracker Jack Club, which is our before and/or after school program. We provide early morning care from 8-9 am and after school care from 12 - 3:30pm.
